Informatii despre livrare

1. Produsele comandate sunt livrate în 24-48 ore după receptionarea platii. Inainte de expediere, cumparatorul este contactat telefonic pentru a ne asigura de corectitudinea adresei si a comenzii.
2. Produsele comandate sunt livrate prin curier rapid (de regula Fan Courier sau GLS).
3. Clientii care aleg optiunea "plata la livrare" vor plati numerar contravaloarea produselor catre curier in momentul livarii.
4. Oferim clientilor posibilitatea ridicarii produselor de la sediul nostru din Bucuresti. Folositi pagina de contact pentru detalii.

Delivery  in: Armenia, Belarus, Gibraltar, Iceland, Kosovo, Lechtenstein, Macedonia, Russian Federation, Turkey, Ukraine, and Vatican City State (Holy See) is possible only with previous contact  for delivery cost.


*Custom duties 

By purchasing the item, you are responsible for payment of custom duties and undertaking of import formalities. The amount is calculated in compliance with the law in force in the country where the shipment will be delivered. 
The amount of the customs duties charged will be communicated by the courier once the goods have reached their destination. 
If the customs duties are not paid and, for this reason, the shipment is refused or abandoned, the shipment costs and customs duties will be deducted from the order’s overall total, and the remaining difference will be reimbursed. 





We provide the possibility to select a different Shipping Address from the Billing Address. That makes it easy for you to send an order to your warehouse or other of your location`s.

We also provide Dropshipping service.

For technical & logistical reasons, it is not possible to change your order once it has been shipped. We therefore ask you to please check your delivery details carefully before finalizing your order.

Unfortunately, after receipt of the Shipping Confirmation, you are not able to cancel your order anymore. You can choose to refuse the package at the arrival, but you will be responsible for Delivery & Return costs.



Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and tracking number. If you have set-up a personal or business account at us, you will be able to view and track the status of  your order in My Account -> Purchase History. If you are not registered yet, you can still track your order using the link from the email confirmation, but we strongly recommend you to sign up to comfortably track your future orders.
